About us

A small team obsessed with not repeating outfits.

๐Ÿชก

We're a tiny crew of designers and serial over-packers who kept showing up to the same dinner, the same office, the same weekend hangout โ€” wearing the exact look we'd already worn there before. FitCircle started as our own fix for that very specific kind of embarrassment.

๐ŸŽฏ

Our mission is simple: give people a private, judgment-free way to remember what they wore, when, and in front of whom โ€” so getting dressed feels intentional instead of accidental, without ever asking anyone to overthink their closet.

๐Ÿ“ท

FitCircle gives you a quick way to photograph an outfit, drop it into a circle like Office, Dates, or Weekend Crew, and instantly build a searchable timeline of your style โ€” so the next time you're getting ready, you already know what's off the table.

๐ŸŒฟ

Because your circles rarely overlap, what you wore to brunch with friends doesn't need to compete with what you wore to a client meeting. FitCircle keeps each social world separate, so your style stays fresh exactly where it matters most.

๐Ÿ‘š

"Dress once, remember always โ€” FitCircle keeps your looks and your circles perfectly in sync."

Privacy policy

Your closet stays yours. Full stop.

Effective Date: February 2, 2026

FitCircle: Outfit & Circle Log was built on one non-negotiable rule: your outfit photos, your circle tags, and your wear history belong entirely to you. This app does not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personal information or images, under any circumstance. Everything you log stays on the device in your hand. This policy explains exactly how that works.

  1. Information We Collect. FitCircle collects nothing. We do not gather your name, email, location, contacts, photo library metadata, or any identifier when you log an outfit, name a circle, or browse your wear history. There is no sign-up form because there is no account to create.
  2. How We Use Information. Because no information ever reaches us, there is nothing for us to use, analyze, profile, or sell. We don't study your outfit habits, we don't build advertising profiles from your circles, and we never share anything with data brokers โ€” there simply isn't a pipe for that data to travel through.
  3. Data Storage. Every photo, circle label, and calendar entry you create is written directly to your device's local, sandboxed storage. Nothing is mirrored to a server, synced to a cloud backup we control, or bundled into any database we operate. If you never back up your phone, FitCircle's records exist in exactly one place: your pocket.
  4. Third-Party Services. FitCircle contains no analytics kits, no advertising networks, no crash-reporting trackers, and no embedded social widgets. We don't integrate any third-party code that could quietly observe how you use the app, which means there's no hidden vendor collecting data on our behalf either.
  5. Data Security. Since your outfit gallery and circle tags never leave your device, the biggest security question becomes "is my phone secure?" rather than "is a server secure?" We rely on your device's own operating-system protections (passcodes, encryption, app sandboxing) to keep your local FitCircle data safe from anyone but you.
  6. Children's Privacy. FitCircle does not knowingly or unknowingly collect information from anyone, regardless of age, because it collects no information from any user at all. The app contains no chat features, no advertising, and no data-collection prompts, making it safe by design for users of any age, including children.
  7. Your Control. There is no account to manage, deactivate, or request deletion for โ€” because none exists. If you'd like to erase your outfit log, circle tags, or wear history, simply delete the app from your device; every record disappears with it, instantly and completely.
  8. Changes to This Policy. If FitCircle ever introduces a new feature that changes how data is handled, we will update this policy and revise the effective date above. We encourage you to glance back here occasionally, though our core promise โ€” nothing leaves your device โ€” is one we intend to keep permanently.
  9. Contact. Questions about this privacy policy or how FitCircle is built to protect your information can be sent to privacy@fitcircleapp.com. We're happy to walk through the details.
